Established in 1989 from the basement of the family home in Goring on Thames, we are a family run property agent looking to break the mould from the normal high street agent you are used to, by offering a more relaxed, friendly & personable approach.

We are fully qualified with ARLA NAEA Propertymark for Sales, Lettings, property management and Commercial agency and pride ourselves on excellent customer relations.

We cover a 15 mile radius of Wallingford incorporating villages such as Crowmarsh, Cholsey, Goring, Didcot, Pangbourne, Caversham, and Cowley.

Lettings and Property Management​

Since 1989 we have specialised in lettings and management and have a wealth of knowledge in this sector and are able to guide you through the ever changing mine field of legislation, we can find tenants, rent collect or take the hassle out of your hands by managing your property and if you have something outside the usual service, we are able to tailor something that works for you.

Sales

Since 2020 we started to offer our clients a sales service and have sold many properties since. We differ from other agents by backing up our market appraisals with comparable property and don’t just over value to win the business. With our years of management experience we can offer a better sales service by managing the sale and keeping involved throughout the process until completion.

Commercial

Since 2019 we started managing clients commercial property, as a local business we aim to get the right business in to your commercial premises and also work with Wallingford town council to help get businesses in town that benefit the local community and help the town grow. We are able to act quickly to conduct viewings and liaise with your solicitors to help avoid long void periods.
